Crush on Sully?

We all know that a lot of woman’s hearts beat faster when our famous mountain man appears on the screen. But really all hearts?

For once I want to know it exactly: what is your attitude to Sully??? And I don’t want to know what you think about the character.
The question is quite simple: Crush or no crush?

My answer would have to be 'Yes, but ... no. Kind of. Not really. A bit. Maybe'. Yes, I do find him quite physically attractive, not at all bad, but I'm not completely wild. For me, Daniel and Hank score higher in that department, especially shirtless Hank...

"Yes, but ... no. Kind of. Not really. A bit. Maybe" This is my choice too. I used to have crush on him when the show first aired, I was maybe 12 years old at the time? There were many non-DQ years before finding DVD's/forums and somewhere during those years I lost my interest in him (in that sense).

My crush on Joe began when he was Jake on OLTL, so I answered yes, but I keep it under control. As Sully, he was even sexier than Jake from OLTL--if that is possible. I think the pain of losing Abigail and Hannah made him even more attractive, and when added to his strong commitment to the Cheyenne, the clothes that fit his body so well, and the chemistry he had with Jane, Sully became a sensual character. I haven't seen much of what Joe did after DQ, but he's one of the few men I think looks better with longer hair. He's still nice looking with his short hair, but the longer hair softened his features.

If I did have a crush on a character other than Sully, it would have to be Hank, another guy who looked real nice with long hair.

Well, so it's time for confessions. My crush is on Joe and Jane together, I mean this couple of actors. I think there's a kind of magic when they are on screen. Something I haven't seen before, not even in classic couples which I love so much. It's not the same for me regarding them separatedly. I don't know if I'm making myself quite clear. Ok, imagine that the series had only Sully. I would probably not like him, I think that this charm Sully releases is because of the reaction there is in combination with Jane on screen. I'm talking like a chemistry teacher. lol

Well, I sound obsessed and I know it. Don't worry.
My answer: AB-SO-LUTE-LY as long as Michaela is around.

I love this character and it's not like I have pictures of him in my wall( my husband would think I'm crazy ) Although I (sometimes)let myself go when I talk about him with other 'sully-lovers'

I've seen a few Joe movies, must admit I didn't like the scripts very much, I think he could do better. I loved him as Peter in HG. But the question is about Sully not Joe(sorry)

NO... Absolutely not. To me, he's just another character in a TV show that I like very much. He was never that interesting to me, however, I can't deny that he was a great match for Michaela.

Considering TV characters, I have to admit, I'm a sucker for the 'bad boy'- type, so yes, I definitely have a crush on Hank... LOL! Like you guys didn't know...

Me, of course.
It might sound funny, but actually sometimes that's what I think: something must be wrong with me, because (almost) everybody seems to have a thing for Sully and I not in the least. I don't find him even especially attractive or interesting. Well, yes, he is attractive, I don't deny that, but nothing that 'speaks' to me, if you know what I mean. It's like Lène said: he is an important character, perfect for Michaela, perfect for the story and I like him. Not more, not less. Maybe I'm not normal.

The last real crush on a TV-character I had was on Cass Garrett from Spencer's Pilots. I was twelve, and it was such a HUGE crush. Every Sunday on 16:55 PM. OMG.

OMG!! When I read this I thougth - YES!!! That's me!! I don't need to read the rest of the options, but I did anyway of course, but I was right, that option was me.

I also think Sully is good looking, (but I think that about everybody this way or the other), an interesting character, in fact can't think of anyone else in his role... but there's no crush what so ever, and there never was. I probably need help!

From the first moment Sully's came into my life (unfortunately only by TV) I was over the moon with him . This soft blue eyes, wow. This broad shoulders (I'd like to lean my head on), and how sexy he is when he wear this buckskin trousers and jacket - or only his buckskin trousers. Sigh.

And I really like the Sully-character: Calm (mostly), understanding, not drinking, his devotion to Michaela.

And like you can see on my banner - I not only like Sully, but Joe, too.
