So we just got back from seeing Twilight, It was so good, not as good as the book,but how often is the movie better. I am so glad we went to see it on the first night. We already want to see it again. And for an added bonous we got to see the New Harry Potter Trailer the place went nuts when that came on.

I finally made it and just got back from seeing Twilight today! YAY! I really enjoyed the film. It doesn't happen often but I liked both the book and the movie.

This is a bit random, but I bought Taylor Swift's album Fearless the other day, and it hit me that the title track would be the PERFECT song for a Twilight fan video!

(Wonder whether any of our video makers would like to take on the project?

I posted about that; maybe one day)

I don't know if Twilight has been released on DVD in other countries but we went last Friday night to get it and we had to wait in line at walmart for almost 45 minutes to get it. It was crazy, but worth the wait my daughter and i came home and had a Twilight marathon.

As far as I know Twilight will be releases in Germany in June, but I don't know exactly. A friend of mine told me that one of her colleagues has already pre-orderedb one...

The cinema version is in German, so it's dubbed already. Don't know what takes them so long. Well, it's still shown in cinemas here, maybe they want to stretch it out as long as possible because I'm sure they make more profit with the film still being shown in cinemas. Just guessing though

Wow, that is a long time waiting for seemingly nothing. You could be right though - a lot of things seem down to profit.

I actually haven't seen the film yet because I missed it at the cinema here!

(and it stopped showing something like six weeks ago)

Spoiler: show I thought it was a good film, though in my opinion there was a lot of the book cut out; I think it would be hard to understand if you hadn't read it first. Maybe part of the problem was the fact that the book is in first person... Jacob was missing a lot! (I like Jacob ) I would have liked to see the full conversation between him and Bella at the beach (including the "Supersticious old man" line). And the "Your number was up the first day I saw you" with Bella and Edward. (Actually that's one of the deleted scenes). The Cullens house makes much more sense to me now I've seen a visual representation of it - before, I was trying to imagine an older American-style house a bit like Bella's but bigger and with glass walls! Btw, am I the only one who thought that Esme in the film looked a bit like Geena Davis? I failed to notice Stephenie Meyer in the diner scene! But she was there in fact - very cool. I did enjoy it though, and it put the Twilight obsession back into my head . I want to watch it again, but this time right through in one go (I got too tired during the first night I watched [ahem, it went past midnight ], so saved half for the next day! ) Oh yeah, another thought - James was HOT!
