That would be a very interesting possibility. Although maybe it would be quite sad... In such an episode I'd also like to see one or two good, funny memories from his past; an amusing tale maybe.

Halloween is approaching and the townies are getting so excited preparing for the annual Halloween party.

Just a few days before the party, Preston bumps into a lovely woman with mysterious eyes as he rises from his table at Grace's. They share a powerful magical moment and Preston can't seem to let his eyes off of her afterwards as she walks away again. "Who was that woman?!!" he thinks to himself.

Walking half backwards looking at her as she walks towards the graveyard he is accidently hit by the horces of the stagecoach arriving into town. He looses his consiousness, and we hear some town people cry out his name running up to him.

From here the episode goes into a "dream", which the audience doesn't really know, but I tell you anyway or this post will be loooong.

To make a story short...

Preston wakes up in the clinic with Michaela.
Turns out he just had a few bruises and Michaela lets him go the next day after his head is clear.
He meets the mysterious lady again and so does the rest of the town in various ways.
I'm not a good storyteller but this lady starts showing serious signs of being a vampire, who is specially interested in Preston's neck .

This whole Halloween-episode has a vampire theme, and the whole town are involved!!! The peak of the story is at the Halloween-party where the truth about her is to be revealed.

Suddenly Preston wakes up from a little coma, turns out he dreamt the whole thing. The Halloween-party is that same evening. He of course go there and meets this lady again - and sees her walking towards the graveyard in a spooky scene. He runs after her and in a big twist we find out her reason for being in town, visiting the graveyard so much and everything is nice and calm again.

The episode ends with a mysterious wink that we still might not know everything about her though... something that makes us think she is supernational after all... whoooo....

It was a very close decision, but the winner of this round is..... Sophy's Halloween story! Spooky yet very intriguing at the same time, and the viewer can decide for themselves what to make of it - perfect for Halloween!

Yeah, I love those stories where you think you know the story, then there's a twist to make you think something completely different, and then there's a final twist in the last two seconds of the movie which makes your whole idea uncertain again.

Blah blah!...

OK, have to sit down and think of a new person to cast for the show

I would have her play a character that is in conflict with Michaela, but of course Michaela will win. She would be a strong independat, well educated woman. A cusader maybe another doctor who is passing through to where she was going to be a town doctor. They might disagree about a treatment especially using CD's remidies. The town will be taken with her at first but eventually will see what they have is better. Some jealously could happen

Oh I had forgotten about this game. How does it work again..?

Meryl Streep would play: Mr. Bonchance, a Frenchman who is passing by Colorado Springs on his way to the annual gold-digging competition in Maine (lol I suck at georgraphy but anyway...). While he's staying at Hank's Hotel, he bumps into Myra who is visiting Horace again. It turns out that in fact Mr. Bonchance is Myra's long lost auntie Mary in disguise and she has come to the town with nothing else in mind but to find out if her niece actually is working in a brothel. She used this clever disguise so that Myra wouldn't realise who she was, but since Myra is earning her living in a more respectable way these days, she reveals herself to her and leaves the town to stay with her for a while.

Yeah, not a very exciting storyline. But heck, if Meryl can play about an 80-year-old Jewish rabbie with no teeth at all, she could easily play a French dude as well.
