I love to cook and learn new recipes and thought this would be a great thing to share. My husband loves German food and I would love to have some recipes if anyone can help.

Krümi, since you're a veggie, maybe you could also post one or another vegetarian recipes. I love variety when my older son is home and I have to cook something for him.

Brokkoli-Chicken-Pasta
Serves 4 400 g Pasta (Tagliatelle) 2 Tomatoes skinned, seeded and chopped 500 g Broccoli Vegetable stock 2 Chicken breasts Worcestersauce 200 ml Cream (you can also use light cream like “Rama fine”) 200 g Soft cheese 2 tbsp Tomato paste 1 tbsp chopped Parsley Cook pasta al dente. Chop tomatoes. Cook broccoli slowly in vegetable stock. Cut chicken breasts in slices and roast it in olive oil and season it with salt, pepper and wocestersauce. Add tomatoes, broccoli and pasta and mix it up. Then heat the cream and add the cheese until it’s melted. Then add the tomato paste and season with salt and pepper and if you want with chili powder. Now mix the sauce with the carne-broccoli-pasta and give the parsley on top of all.

I have a confession to make!
![]() I don't cook for myself all that much. I just think it's too much work for one person - ME eating with myself is not high priority. But this thread kind of has a cool timing, because when I was in the store the other day shopping I thought to myself - it would be fun to know a few easy recipes which are quick yet tasty so I could SHOP something. So if you know any easy, fast made stuff.. things... I will promise to try it out just for "fun". It will be my challenge. For the record - I LOVE to eat, it's just that I don't like making it myself FOR myself. |

Oh, this sounds so yummy, Evy! And the best is, there's no onions and garlic involved (which I hate, LOL).
