We don’t have to explain to anybody who knows Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman the meaning of this special place.

It was the place where all the townies came together to discuss and gossip about everything and anything in the town, sometimes with Dr. Mike and Sully, sometimes about Dr. Mike and Sully. It was a place of happiness and tragedy, a place of celebrations, a place of fun and excitement as well as of arguments and problems. They fought with each other and came back together: they talked about their feelings, their fears, their hopes, their plans, about news, about lies and the truth … just about everything. Grace’s Café was the social centre of Colorado Springs and in many ways it was the centre of the entire series Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman.

We will never forget the moment when the idea of her own café was slowly sinking into Grace’s mind and she said softly and with that slightly roguish expression: “Grace’s Café”.

A similar idea sank into our mind: the idea of our own forum by the name of Grace’s Café. And this name is our program. It’s a forum dedicated to our favourite series: Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. But most of all it is dedicated to the spirit of Grace’s Café, where everything was possible.

And so this is not only about Dr. Quinn but about … more. And what “more” is, is up to you, if you like visting our café.

Grace’s Café in Dr. Quinn didn’t have a roof or walls, but as we all know, it had plenty of great meals, and I think, very good coffee. We expect that you´ll have a roof over your head when you visit our Grace’s Café, but unfortunately you´ll have to cook your own meatloaf and bring your own coffee. The internet cannot provide anything. Sorry :-)

Nevertheless, we hope you will have fun and some good conversations, maybe interesting discussions. Maybe you´ll meet some new friends (or some old), and maybe you will decide to come back.
